Supportive Care for Life's Transitions
If someone you love has a serious illness, we're here to help. At PCHCV, we're ready with the healthcare and support that makes the difference-often as early as the diagnosis. It's the difference between living with an illness and living fully.

Are you caring for an older relative? Our new websites can help. Click here to visit SeriousIllness.org for the NC foothills, or here for the Lake Norman area!

Pathways of Promise

PCHCV offers you the opportunity to remember your loved one with a lasting memorial. A personalized brick in memory or honor of your loved one can join those lining the "Pathways of Promise," the walkways across our Main Campus. The bricks bear witness to the life of your loved one and provide a daily inspiration to those who walk the Hospice grounds.
